2. The Data We Collect About You

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

• Product Data includes form responses (the data entered and selected within our online contact form).

We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

3. How We Collect Your Data

• Direct interactions.You may give us your Identity, Contact and Marketing and Communications Data by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email or otherwise.

4. How We Use Your Data

• FCA authorised brokers, regulated firms or specialist companies by means of IT and system services which may be based on the data you have provided.
• Financial Technology (FinTech) companies acting as data processors, joint data controllers or independent data controllers who provide the introduction to FCA authorised brokers, regulated firms or specialist companies by means of IT and system services which may be based on the data you have provided.

6. Your Legal Rights and Your Personal Data
